I'm somewhat surprised that I paint.    

 

It started when I picked up a book about watercolor techniques that I was going to give to my sister.  While looking through the book I saw paintings that I really liked.  Types of paintings I had never seen before.  It's like I finally realized that I really liked art.

 

 My sister never got the book.  She did later get a painting however.

I'm mostly self taught via trying to copy some of the great artists, Youtube videos, online lessons and books.  If one can even call that "self taught".

I hope you get some pleasure from at least one of my paintings.
